Quiet Moments





It's quiet moments like this that make me appreciate what I do for a living. Sometimes being self employed is the scariest thing in the world, with really high high's and extremely low low's. But I would never get to go out when I felt like it, if I worked for someone else. So for this I say thank you.

Hello...I just wanted to reply to your comment about the risotto...I wasn't sure if you would find the comment on GGC since I have no idea how long ago you commented. The risotto should be al dente but creamy from the broth. You can add more broth if it was too dry. It is a little sticky by nature of the rice. As for the lemon, it shouldn't overpower the flavor. Maybe you had a big lemon? Try cutting it down next time. Hope that helps!
